We were able to sign a lease in the same day and move in two days later Communication was great throughout the whole time as well.

Unit is clean, complex is quiet and my two 4 legged kids love the dog park I feel safe enough to have my 14 yr old daughter walk the dogs to the dogpark and around the complex alone, and love that we are against a hill...it adds to the privacy. All in all so far a great move

submitted by Sybil F. - |Recommended: YesClean unit and a good view — Great view from our porch, parking is reasonable, unit was clean when we moved in, neighbors are nice, and staff has been very helpful. Bedrooms are a little small but they aren't terrible.

submitted by Jonathan S. - |Recommended: YesLuxury in the Palouse — I’ve been in Pullman for ten years and I’ve rented a lot of places in town during that time. None have been as nice as Birch Hills. The staff are friendly and willing to work with you. Every time I’ve communicated a question or concern, the office staff show that they are willing to partner with me to find a solution. The maintenance staff are friendly and informative. This is living in luxury in the Palouse.
